As a property coordinator, you are an important link between the operations and Region Properties. You capture needs from the operations, coordinate matters with the property organization, and contribute to developing and ensuring the premises function according to the operations' needs. The role involves many contact points and a broad range of issues. Whether it involves premises adaptations, construction projects, property-related equipment, or other local matters, you are a natural point of contact who helps drive matters forward and create the right conditions for healthcare operations. The position is placed within the overall operations for finance and property, which is part of management within Primary Care Skåne. You are part of a small team of property coordinators led by a unit manager and work closely with operations throughout Skåne. Primary Care Skåne has approximately 3,300 employees and provides care throughout the region. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS We are now looking for a new colleague for a parental leave coverage position of approximately one year, with desired start in November. As a property coordinator, you work on the tenant side, where Region Properties is our landlord. Your assignment is to ensure that the operations receive the property services that have been ordered and that the premises meet applicable requirements and standards so that healthcare can be provided in an appropriate manner. The role includes: • Supporting and guiding operations in planning and construction processes when local needs change. • Handling matters related to property, service, and premises changes. • Participating in working groups within renovation and premises change projects. • Coordinating requests for premises changes including property-related equipment. • Responsible for contacts with other regional administrations. • Working with security-related property matters and investment management. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have experience working with property matters, preferably with a focus on premises. You have experience with construction processes and a good ability to interpret drawings. You are experienced in collaborating with various stakeholders and feel confident driving property-related matters forward. You have post-secondary education in property management, real estate business, building technology, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through several years of relevant work experience. You have good computer skills, are experienced working in different systems, and express yourself very well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Since travel occurs in this position, a valid B driver's license is a requirement. It is a merit if you have experience with: • Work in a politically governed organization. • Healthcare operations or other operations with high demands for functional and operations-adapted premises. • Needs analyses and preparation of decision-making documentation for premises and property matters. • Investment management, investment economics, and financial calculations related to construction and premises projects. • Work in larger or complex organizations with many contact points and stakeholders.
