About the Operation The Youth Health Clinic (UM) is a regional operation with clinics in all seven municipalities in the region. Organizationally, the operation belongs to Local Area West, but the work is conducted jointly across the entire region through close collaboration between the clinics. We work sustainably, person-centered, and with awareness of norms, with the needs of young people in focus. Preventive and health-promoting work forms the foundation of our operation, with the goal of strengthening and supporting young people's physical and mental health. Particular focus is on sexual and reproductive health and rights for young people aged 13–22. At our clinic, all young people should feel welcome, respected, and safe. We work on young people's behalf and offer support through short-term counseling sessions and initiatives that promote health and well-being. The Youth Health Clinic is not a first-line operation or a referral service. Our staff collaborate daily across the region through region-wide phone hours, shared schedules, and daily management via Teams. Together, we work toward equitable, accessible, and quality-assured care for the region's young people. We are now seeking a curator for the Youth Health Clinic for a shared position between the clinics in Sundsvall and Härnösand. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. Assistant Unit Manager for Ambulance Services, Sollefteå

About the Operation Ambulance services have a regional mandate and consist of five ambulance stations, three satellite stations operated by Region Västernorrland, and three ambulance stations in private operation. The operation encompasses approximately 200 employees distributed across five region-operated units, each led by a unit manager, and three contract-operated units. The operation's responsibility includes prehospital care, which involves assessment and treatment of acutely ill and injured patients of all ages and with all types of medical conditions and injuries before hospital care. Ambulance services perform approximately 36,000 assignments per year. In its daily work, the operation maintains important interfaces and collaborations with SOS Alarm, emergency departments, care wards, primary care, psychiatric care, state and municipal rescue services, social services, municipal care and elderly services, and police. Within ambulance services in Sollefteå, approximately 40 specialist nurses, nurses, and nursing assistants (ambulance care providers) currently work. The station currently staffs three ambulances around the clock plus one patient transport resource, which together perform approximately 3,600 assignments per year. We are now expanding the operation with a completely new role as assistant unit manager, who together with our regular unit manager will plan, organize, and lead the work at the unit. As assistant unit manager, you report directly to the unit manager. The employment is a permanent position in the base profession, and the management assignment is time-limited in accordance with the Region's leadership policy. As assistant unit manager in Region Västernorrland, you represent the employer and exercise leadership grounded in good self-awareness and characterized by honesty, openness, sense of responsibility, and personal courage.
