About the Operations
Would you like to become our new colleague? We are now seeking two registered nurses who want to be part of our dedicated ward to help improve our patients' quality of life.
At our Oncology Ward 27B, we make a difference every day! We are a dedicated and knowledgeable team working to provide high-quality care to patients with cancer. Our operations focus on safety, symptom relief, and support for both patients and their families. Work on our ward is meaningful and developmental while also being challenging and emotionally demanding. The workplace is characterized by a good atmosphere, which we see as valuable and crucial for being able to provide our patients with the best possible care while also taking care of ourselves. These positions are permanent full-time employment during day, evening, or night shifts with start date by agreement.
Work Tasks
As a nurse on our oncology ward, you will:
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with current guidelines.
Work with symptom relief and supportive care for patients in various stages of their cancer disease.
Meet patients at different stages of their cancer disease, i.e., with curative intent, palliative care, but also end-of-life care.
Collaborate with doctors, nursing assistants, and other professionals in an interdisciplinary team.
Work closely with patients and their families to create safety and understanding around the care plan.
Participate in development work and contribute to improving care on the ward.
QualificationsWe are looking for you who:Are a registered nurse.
It is meritorious if you:Have further training as an oncology nurse.
Have work experience from cancer care.
Have work experience from other healthcare specialties.
