Valmet in Sundsvall is a global competence center with approximately 350 employees and operations in research, product development, project execution, and service. Now we are looking for an engaged and business-driven Facility Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our properties and the long-term development of Valmet's operational area in Sundsvall. About the Role As Facility Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our properties, buildings, and technical systems support the business needs in a safe, cost-effective, and sustainable manner. You lead work with operations, maintenance, investments, and development of the property portfolio and ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines. The role involves many contact points both internally and externally, where you collaborate closely with operations management, HSE, service operations, research activities, and external contractors. You will also be responsible for our service functions at Valmet in Sundsvall, which includes our receptions. Key Responsibilities Manage operations, maintenance, and development of Valmet's properties in Sundsvall Ensure a safe and functional work environment for employees and visitors Lead investments, renovations, and property-related projects Develop and monitor budgets, maintenance plans, and costs Manage contractor oversight and external suppliers Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in property, fire safety, environment, and occupational health and safety Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements Participate in the strategic development of the Sundsvall facility and its future use Who Are You?
