Ala skola söker en engagerad matematiklärare för ett vikariat under vårterminen 2027. Ala skola är en renodlad 7–9-skola med cirka 130 elever. Vi är en mindre skola där relationer, tydlighet och nära samarbete är viktiga delar av vår vardag. Om uppdraget Som matematiklärare hos oss ansvarar du för undervisning i matematik på högstadiet. Vi söker dig som har intresse för matematikundervisning och ett starkt engagemang för elevernas lärande och utveckling. Erfarenhet av undervisning i matematik på högstadiet är meriterande, liksom pedagogisk utbildning eller annan relevant erfarenhet av arbete med ungdomar. Du är trygg i din roll, har ett tydligt ledarskap i klassrummet och skapar en undervisningsmiljö där elever känner sig sedda, delaktiga och motiverade att utvecklas. Du arbetar strukturerat och systematiskt med elevernas lärande och måluppfyllelse och är beredd att anpassa och utveckla din undervisning utifrån elevernas behov. Vi värdesätter att du tar ansvar, är lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du behöver kunna skapa goda relationer med elever och kollegor och bidra till en trygg och positiv lärmiljö. You will work in the client's home, where you will work based on approved services according to the Social Services Act. You will also perform health and medical care tasks on delegation from nurses and rehabilitation personnel. You will function as a fixed care contact for a number of clients and together with the clients create the basis for implementing care plans. You will work in LMO (Life Care Mobile Care), where your work schedule is located and via telephone you also document changes in the client's condition, confirm completed health and medical care services. In Northern Home Care, staff are divided into teams. The team meets approximately once every six weeks to reflect together, review the client's status, plan work methods, etc. Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant with experience from elderly care. You are proactive, accustomed to working independently, but also understand the importance of teamwork.
