About the Operations Psychiatric Ward 50 provides acute psychiatric inpatient care for patients with a known psychosis diagnosis or suspected psychosis. The ward's focus is to provide integrated inpatient care for psychosis patients in collaboration with the psychosis outpatient clinic. On Ward 50, the care team works together to provide each patient with individually tailored care and support. The work group is characterized by a good work environment and positive cohesion. This is a permanent full-time position with immediate start according to agreement. Job Responsibilities As a nurse on the ward, psychiatric nursing care is your area of responsibility and specialty. Your job duties include, among other things: Responsible for patient-centered care Participate in and lead rounds and care planning Supportive conversations Guide and support patients in discovering and developing their own resources Documentation Medication management Supervise students As a nurse on Ward 50, you will have exciting and varied work where you both work independently and are part of a multiprofessional psychiatric care team with good cohesion. In daily work, there is a need to focus on finding solutions in the present, which gives you room to be creative and flexible in your work.
