We are a force that brings together, holds together, and develops the region. Within Region Västernorrland, we are all part of something greater.
About the Operation
The Youth Health Clinic (UM) is a regional operation with clinics in all seven municipalities in the region. Organizationally, the operation belongs to Local Area West, but the work is conducted jointly across the entire region through close collaboration between the clinics. We work sustainably, person-centered, and with awareness of norms, with the needs of young people in focus. Preventive and health-promoting work forms the foundation of our operation, with the goal of strengthening and supporting young people's physical and mental health. Particular focus is on sexual and reproductive health and rights for young people aged 13–22. At our clinic, all young people should feel welcome, respected, and safe. We work on young people's behalf and offer support through short-term counseling sessions and initiatives that promote health and well-being. The Youth Health Clinic is not a first-line operation or a referral service. Our staff collaborate daily across the region through region-wide phone hours, shared schedules, and daily management via Teams. Together, we work toward equitable, accessible, and quality-assured care for the region's young people.
We are now seeking a curator for the Youth Health Clinic for a shared position between the clinics in Sundsvall and Härnösand. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement.
