Key Responsibilities As a Case Manager for Social Psychiatry / Disability Services (SoL), you work with the exercise of public authority and make independent assessments of individuals' needs and rights. You play an important role in ensuring that people with various disabilities and other support needs receive appropriate services according to applicable legislation. Your work is both legally rigorous and deeply human, where you meet people in different life situations. Handle cases according to the Social Services Act (SoL) Investigate needs through conversations with service users, relatives, and other professionals Make structured assessments and make decisions about interventions in a legally secure manner Document cases in our operational systems with good quality and accuracy Collaborate with internal and external actors to create comprehensive solutions around the individual Contribute to development work, procedures, and methods within the disability and mental health areas We're Looking For Someone Who Holds a degree in social work or equivalent higher education deemed relevant for work within social services Has 3 years of experience with the exercise of public authority within social services or similar field Has good computer skills and confidence working in various digital systems Has deep understanding of and practical experience applying the Social Services Act (SoL) and other relevant legislation Has the ability to make independent assessments of needs and rights Holds a valid driver's license (Category B) Meritorious qualifications include: Experience working in the mental health and disability services field Experience in municipal operations or work in a politically governed organization Experience with collaboration work with regional health services, healthcare providers, and other actors Participation in development projects or quality improvement work within the welfare sector As a Person, You Are: Confident, attentive, and clear in your communication, both verbally and in writing Structured and responsible with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a day with many cases Solution-oriented and curious, with a willingness to contribute to the whole and to development within the organization Unpretentious with good collaboration skills, willing to share your knowledge with others and able to build trust easily Stable even when there's a lot to do, with a sustainable approach to work and recovery Additional Information Hybrid work is offered to some extent by agreement with your supervisor. Trust-based working hours apply and are an individual agreement between supervisor and employee. Flexible working hours/flextime may also be offered.
