Do you want to help develop conditions for the dance and circus field in northern Sweden? We are seeking an engaged project manager to lead a three-year development project in which the four northernmost regions work together to build a long-term sustainable model for collaboration around organizer development, producer support, and touring structures within dance and circus. About the Project With support from the four northern regions and the Swedish Arts Council, the project aims to strengthen access to professional dance and circus throughout northern Sweden, with particular focus on smaller towns and sparsely populated areas. Through regional collaboration, we want to create sustainable structures that strengthen organizers' capacity to present dance and circus, and enhance producers' opportunities for touring and reaching smaller venues and stages. The project combines developmental work with competency-building initiatives for organizers and producers. A central part of the work is building collaboration through practical implementation, shared learning, and long-term relationships between stakeholders in the four regions. Responsibilities We are currently seeking someone with strong experience in project management and work within organizing and the dance/circus field.
