Description Would you like to lead city-wide development work that contributes to more equitable social services? The Quality Unit is a city-wide support function for Gothenburg City's four social welfare administrations within individual and family care. On behalf of the social administrations' department heads network, we lead and coordinate the development of social service processes. Through shared processes, governing documents, and support to operations, we contribute to equitable, legally secure, and efficient social services. We are now strengthening the unit with an additional process leader in the adult services area. As a process leader, you will become part of our city-wide development work and work with assignments decided by the department heads networks. One of the larger assignments in the near term is to, together with a colleague, drive and support the city's work on the comorbidity reform. The role also encompasses other development assignments in the adult services area based on the city's needs. The unit consists of nine process leaders with different competencies and is led by a unit manager.
