Do you have experience with CRM, data and communication? Are you looking for a new assignment with immediate start? Then we have the position for you! Right now we are looking for a Marketing Assistant with immediate start for our client in Göteborg! As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the CRM Manager in daily work with CRM and member-related activities. You combine administrative work with analysis and communication and contribute to ensuring relevant and targeted email distributions, following up on campaigns and guest insights, as well as creating smooth management of systems and communication flows. Your main responsibilities include: • Create and manage target audiences and segments for targeted email campaigns • Follow up, analyze and present data, campaign results and guest insights • Plan, create, send and analyze surveys • Manage and follow up on service desk requests • Translate, quality assure and schedule email distributions This is a consulting assignment which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client with placement in Göteborg. The position is full-time and planned to start immediately and will run until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension. The work is conducted during office hours. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who has: Relevant post-secondary education in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation or other education deemed equivalent Experience with CRM systems such as Mailchimp, Voyado, Salesforce or Hubspot Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English Meritorious is experience with survey tools such as Survey Monkey or Netigate Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities! We are looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented and committed to driving the work forward. You have a genuine technical interest, enjoy working in different systems and have an analytical and structured approach to work. To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be thorough, flexible and able to switch between different tasks and perspectives easily.
