Skogsbruksvägen 133 is one of the municipality's most modern single-story residential facilities with large and practical apartments. The residence features spacious common areas and beautiful courtyards that enable social activities and outdoor time. It has 32 beds distributed across 4 units. The staff team consists of nursing assistants, care workers, coordinators, and a unit manager. We have close collaboration both within and between our different units. A nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist are also part of the team at the unit, but they report to other managers. As a new manager, you will receive both a municipality-wide and operations-specific introduction based on your previous experience. Your New Job In your role as unit manager, you have personnel, financial, operational, and work environment responsibility for base staff and coordinators at our special housing, Skogsbruksvägen 133. This means you are responsible for ensuring that available resources are used efficiently and that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, quality requirements, and established financial frameworks. You lead, plan, and organize operations based on established goals and drive operations so that employees feel involved and engaged. You will be part of the operations management for senior housing/home care together with approximately 20 other unit managers and operations managers. Good opportunities for collegial support exist as our management group meets every other week, and we also meet during management days and HR breakfasts. We work together for the operations' holistic perspective, so that our residents experience security, have meaningful days, and receive high-quality care and support.
