We are now expanding our team with a nursing assistant for a full-time position at 100% at HC Ripan. Within Medinord AB, there are two health centers, HC Ripan in Östersund and HC Renen in Duved, as well as branches Läkarmottagningen Åre Björnen and Läkarmottagningen Älgen in Undersåker. Responsibilities As a nursing assistant at HC Ripan, you have an important role in the daily work at the health center. The work is varied and involves close contact with both patients and other professional groups. The responsibilities include, among other things: ● Blood sampling ● Spirometry, audiograms, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and more ● Assisting doctors with minor procedures and examinations ● Responsibility for other practical and administrative tasks related to the operation The responsibilities may vary based on the needs of the operation and patients. About You We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and enjoys working closely with patients and collaborating with other professions. Experience from primary care, clinic work and blood sampling is a plus. You are confident and responsible in your professional role and have a good approach to both patients and colleagues. You are flexible, organized and adapt well to the needs that arise during the workday. Because we work in a small team, we also value that you appreciate collaboration and are willing to contribute to both the work community and the organization's development.
