Support Assistant for Night Shift at Short-Term Residential Care for Children/Youth

Are you a support assistant with previous experience working nights and interested in working with children and young people? We are now recruiting a support assistant to work nights at a short-term residential facility for children and youth in Torvalla. Short-term residential care involves temporary overnight stays outside the home for children and young people with disabilities. Fjällripan serves school-age children through high school students. The facility is divided into two units with a total of eight beds, and we serve approximately thirty individuals each month. We offer residents the opportunity for recreation and a change of environment in a home-like setting after school/leisure time, while also providing relief for entire families. As staff, you provide support based on each individual's needs and circumstances. You help residents with daily activities and create conditions for as independent a life as possible. You will become part of an engaged and positive team of twenty employees, where collaboration, laughter, and community are important parts of the work. We are recruiting a support assistant for a permanent position at 86.3% with the possibility of working up to 100% within the Disability Sector. Start date is immediate or by agreement.
