Together with your colleagues, you will nurture and develop business relationships and create strong connections with both our customers and members. Since we offer flexible solutions primarily in Land & Forest and Construction, you will be able to offer versatile contractors with a wide selection of modern machinery and expertise for many different types of assignments. As Operations Manager, you report directly to the CEO and are MR Z's face toward customers and members.
Since we are a cooperative association, you will have daily contact with members and will quickly become part of the community. The role is a shared business area responsibility/administrative position with great variety and exciting challenges, and we promise many interesting meetings. The role includes sales, contract, and quote work as well as invoicing.
You will receive a thorough introduction and have the opportunity to grow into the role, which will be shaped based on your interests and competencies.
In Sveriges Maskinringar there is a network of expertise and contacts to support you. MR Z with offices in Östersund is one of 13 machinery rings in Sweden
Who are you?
To quickly get up to speed in the job, we appreciate if you have experience from the construction and/or agricultural sector. Experience with similar tasks and a sales- and business-oriented mindset is a merit. If you have experience with public procurement, LOU, we see that as a merit. It is beneficial if you are accustomed to reading and writing contracts and have knowledge in construction law. The role requires that you maintain order and organization since we manage business, customer relationships, and finances on behalf of our members.

You enjoy new business opportunities and many contacts. We want you to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
This is a permanent position with up to 100% employment. We have a collective agreement with Unionen.
Maskinring Z Ekonomisk Förening, MR Z
The primary purpose of the machinery ring is to improve profitability for both buyers and sellers. The machinery ring is among other things a major player in the green industries and we give vitality to Sweden's countryside, but we are also active in snow removal, fiber expansion, property management, land and construction work for both private and public customers.
For our members, we create member value by facilitating business deals, training, discount agreements, and invoicing services.
