Key Responsibilities: - Plan and perform physical maintenance, changes and installations of hardware such as switches, servers, fiber equipment, PDUs and racks. - Install and run telecommunications and network cabling. - Handle and manage incoming service requests. - Ensure documentation in datacenters and other technical areas. - Perform work tasks that may involve heavy lifting. You will be part of a unit within the department responsible for Svenska kraftnät's IT infrastructure and operations. The unit consists of employees who jointly manage operations, maintenance and development of Svenska kraftnät's critical societal communication networks and associated technical facilities and datacenters. You also have: - At least 3 years of professional experience in datacenters. - At least 3 years of experience planning and performing physical maintenance, changes and installations in IT environments. - Experience with service request management. - Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. - B-class driver's license. Desirable Competencies - Education and/or experience with cooling, UPS power and other datacenter infrastructure. - Experience working in classified secure areas, for example protected facilities. - Experience with electrical and telecommunications installations, such as terminal block cabinet assembly. - Experience with team leadership.
