Strategic Procurement Specialist - Engineering Design and Technical Consultants

To meet the organization's growing needs, we are now seeking a strategic procurement specialist focused on consultants, primarily within the subcategory of engineering design and technical consultants, for the Consultant Procurement unit. In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally alongside our category leaders to further develop the subcategories and ensure commercially sound, efficient, and sustainable procurement in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations. Both the category and Svenska kraftnät are in an expansive phase, which creates excellent opportunities to think creatively, be innovative, and contribute to developing and streamlining our processes and working methods. As a strategic procurement specialist, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders and our framework agreement suppliers. The role is varied and includes the following tasks: - Execute calls for proposals of varying complexity from existing framework agreements - Provide support to stakeholders on contract interpretation and monitoring through analyses, compilations, scorecards, and spend analysis for both new and existing framework agreements and contracts - Develop and improve working methods and procedures, and create and maintain relevant procurement templates - Contribute to and support Svenska kraftnät's strategic development work within the category - Conduct procurements across the entire consultant category in close collaboration with stakeholders, including: Development of procurement strategies, Design and quality assurance of specification documents and procurement documents, Execution of evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract signing - Participate in the procurement department's development initiatives to create a more efficient and sustainable working approach In this role, you will also collaborate with other support functions, such as legal, security, and sustainability. You will work in a dynamic environment with a fast pace and many contact points, where you have opportunities for both professional and personal development in collaboration with many experienced colleagues. The department consists of approximately 50 employees within various procurement areas. The Consultant unit comprises around 20 employees and is characterized by collaboration, inclusion, and a good collegial atmosphere. About you Required qualifications: We are seeking a relationship-building and commercially minded strategic procurement specialist who builds trusting collaborations and finds joint solutions together with both internal stakeholders and suppliers. You are results-oriented with strong drive and the ability to deliver on time and with high quality. You also have relevant university/college education in, for example, economics, engineering, or law, or vocational education in procurement or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that Svenska kraftnät deems equivalent.
