Contract Manager for Substations

As a Contract Manager at Svenska kraftnät, you will be involved in some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in Sweden over the coming years and contribute to the country's future electricity supply. About the position As a Contract Manager for station/facility agreements, you are the link between many internal resources (lawyers, project managers, technical expertise, economists) and external parties. Good and efficient communication is critical to driving contract work forward and clarifying responsibility distribution during development of new agreements, during changes, and during administration. In the role, you will also work with transfer agreements. It is of great importance to be able to work in a structured manner and manage responsibilities and ensure that procedures are followed even under time pressure leading up to deadlines. Disputes or ambiguities in agreements may require negotiations and dialogue where the Contract Manager needs to lead and drive mediation and find solutions that are acceptable to all parties. The position will also include: Invoice and forecast work: Monitor and ensure that invoices match the agreement and perform simple forecasts. Support and advice: Answer questions from colleagues and external parties about how existing agreements should be interpreted and applied. Administer agreements: Handle changes, terminations, and changes to terms. As a Contract Manager for Substations, you are part of the Administration Support unit, which consists of just over ten employees. The group includes two administration economists, contract managers, an IT controller, and a unit manager. You also have: At least 5 years of work experience in large and technology-intensive infrastructure industries, such as road, rail, electricity supply, or similar. Multiple years of work experience with contracts. Some technical experience, for example, being able to read and understand the function of different components on an operational diagram. Good ability to analyze data and manage agreements. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We consider it a merit if you have: Experience with contract negotiations and drafting of contracts. Overall knowledge of how a control facility is structured within the electricity industry. Understanding of the legal process. Good to know The position is located in Sundbyberg. Possibility to work remotely up to 50%, if work allows. Domestic travel occurs in this role.
