A large part of our supervision is conducted through review of financial management, which includes examination of financial statements and documentation. These reports must be reviewed within specific timeframes, which means that the operation periodically has high workload. Right now we are in a development phase where our operation will undergo several changes due to changed legislation and changes in our assignment. To implement these changes, we need to strengthen our staffing for a period to handle our core assignment.
