Senior Social Worker at Center Against Violence

Borås City is in an exciting phase where the Department of Individual and Family Care is growing and developing to better meet residents' needs. The Center Against Violence consists of the units Relationship Violence Unit, Barnahus Älvsborg, Älvsborg Resource Center, and Support Center for Youth. The operations are in a development phase with a focus on working knowledge-based, offering low-threshold activities and interventions without needs assessment, disseminating information, and strengthening collaboration and expertise in the field of intimate partner violence and support for crime victims. We are awaiting the move to new shared premises. About the Operations We are now seeking an additional Senior Social Worker for the Center Against Violence. Currently, there is one Senior Social Worker for the Relationship Violence Unit while other operations report directly to the unit manager. We now want to strengthen and ensure close management for the entire Center Against Violence. You will, together with the current Senior Social Worker and unit manager, form the management team for the Center Against Violence. Your focus will be directed toward the Support Center for Youth, Barnahus Älvsborg, and Älvsborg Resource Center.
