About the Job
We are seeking an engaged and responsible person with a degree in social work or equivalent education. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment for the individuals placed with us.
The duties are varied and include:
Support conversations and safety conversations – You provide emotional support and reassurance to people in vulnerable situations.
Practical everyday support – Help clients create structure in their daily lives through practical interventions.
Support in government agency contacts – Assist with applications, meetings, and contact with social services, schools, healthcare, and other public institutions.
Safe and responsible support for children.
Documentation – Keep careful notes and reports according to company guidelines.
Client pickup at placement – Travel within Sweden to ensure clients arrive safely.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience working with people in difficult life situations. You are a reliable and stable person with a natural ability to build trust. Your calm demeanor and attentiveness enable you to adapt your approach to each individual and situation.

Have a good understanding of the boundary between being personal and private
Are proactive and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Are willing to handle both administrative and practical tasks – we all pitch in to do what needs to be done
Meritorious Experience and Knowledge:
Previous work with public authority responsibilities within social services
Knowledge of VINR (Intimate Partner Violence) and HRV (Honor-Related Violence)
Experience with MI (Motivational Interviewing) and other conversation methods
Knowledge of risk assessments such as Freda, SARA, Patriark, HEVA
Requirements:
Class B Driver's License
Employment Terms
Full-time, day shift
Scheduled weekly on-call duty – certain weeks involve phone duty at home, travel to pick up clients around Sweden, and the ability to respond to and provide support at the site for acute needs.
