JOB DUTIES The position belongs to the Care Section's administrative function where all administrative authority within social services is located. As a case manager, you receive applications, gather documentation for investigations, make decisions, and follow up on all ongoing decisions. You will investigate, document, and keep records. We use the business system Treserva for all documentation. You also need to be able to plan your daily work independently and find structure in your day. The job also includes cross-sectional collaboration with your manager, colleagues, other agencies, municipalities, and other principals. Work as a case manager requires the ability to listen, analyze, and make decisions that directly affect people's quality of life. As a case manager, you ensure that people with disabilities get the support they need to live a good and meaningful life. QUALIFICATIONS You who are applying for the position need to be a person who is engaged, cooperative, and willing to take responsibility for your tasks. You have good judgment and can make assessments in complex cases. You need to be able to convey information clearly and informatively to those who apply for services from us. Requirements • Social work degree or other equivalent education with a focus on social work that the employer deems equivalent • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • B driver's license Meritorious qualifications • Knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL) • Knowledge of the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS) • Knowledge of the target group with a focus on people with disabilities • Experience working as a case manager and with administrative authority • Knowledge and experience working in the business system Treserva The employment is a temporary position with a scope of 100%. The possibility of extending the temporary position may become relevant. Interviews will be held during week 35, day and time will be determined after the application period. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement, End date: 2026-12-31. Working hours: Daytime.
