JOB DUTIES
As an LSS case officer in Svenljunga, you will investigate, assess, and follow up on services for residents who have a comprehensive and lasting functional impairment. Case handling is conducted with support from LSS and the Social Services Act.
We have a clear systems theory approach focusing on networks, relationships, and the whole picture for the individual. Therefore, we believe it is important that the individual meets the same LSS case officer during both investigation and implementation/follow-up of services.
For us, it is obvious to work in close collaboration with the individual, their potential representative, and colleagues who carry out the services we have approved.
In your work, you will receive good support from your work group and a senior social secretary.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or other education deemed equivalent. It is desirable that you have previous experience in social work – preferably with experience in authority administration and/or with the current target group. Previous experience with IBIC is a merit.
We take for granted that you are responsible and have good communication skills with residents, colleagues, and partners.
You are also skilled at communicating in speech and writing, collaborating, and naturally you also share our systems theory perspective on social work! We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
