Our work organization functions well and is based on a clear meeting structure and a well-developed organization for pedagogical development time. The preschool has a coordination group with coordinating responsibilities and a process group with development responsibilities. In these forums, current research, relevant literature, and collegial experience exchange form the basis for our continuous development work.

Job Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher, you are responsible, together with your team and other colleagues, for implementing goal-oriented teaching in accordance with current regulations. The assignment includes planning, follow-up, analysis, and evaluation of our operations, with a focus on ensuring high quality in education.
In daily work, you create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for the children. At Kärrabackens förskola, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our learning environments and thematic work, with particular focus on play-responsive teaching.
Within our work organization, there is a process group responsible for the preschool's overarching development issues. We therefore welcome applicants who have an interest in driving, leading, and planning development initiatives that span the entire preschool and contribute to sustainable long-term quality development.
Qualifications
We are seeking a licensed preschool teacher who is driven, engaged, and has a strong professional foundation in the role. To succeed in the position, you are expected to be responsive and curious about what children express and are interested in, and to actively support their exploration of the world around them.
We particularly welcome applicants with a special interest in developing learning environments and deepening work with play-responsive teaching. You have the ability to plan, analyze, and develop teaching practices that strengthen children's participation, exploration, and learning.
You appreciate interaction with other people and value a work environment where experiences, knowledge, and perspectives are shared. You contribute with your expertise while recognizing and further developing colleagues' knowledge and ideas.

Within the Preschool Administration, we offer free pedagogical lunches, work clothes, and as a preschool teacher you also have on average five hours of planning time per week.
