Qualifications You are a licensed physical therapist/occupational therapist with authorization to practice within Swedish health and medical care. Experience working as a physical therapist/occupational therapist is meritorious, as is experience within municipal home health care. Documented training in transfer techniques (manual transfers and mechanical lift transfers) is also meritorious, as is instructor training and experience in educating nursing staff. Your approach is coaching and pedagogical, and you have good interpersonal skills. Our team-based work method also requires that you are dedicated, flexible, responsible, and good at collaboration. Your ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work provides you with good conditions to succeed in your role and contributes to creating an efficient operation. You are accustomed to working with IT-based medical record systems and you have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
