As a Warehouse and Spare Parts Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient handling of spare parts and technical materials. The role combines practical warehouse work with administration and procurement, while you contribute to developing structures and working methods. You work closely with the technical and maintenance departments to ensure high availability and smooth material flow. Key Responsibilities: Build up and develop the spare parts inventory. Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and inventory registration. Ensure proper labeling, placement, and organization in the warehouse. Monitor inventory levels and order spare parts and consumables. Follow up on orders, deliveries, returns, and discrepancies. Maintain contact with suppliers and the procurement function. Work in warehouse and business systems. Contribute to 5S initiatives and continuous improvements. Collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure material supply. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience from industry, warehouse, spare parts handling, or procurement who enjoys working in a role that combines both administration and practical work. You have good technical understanding, work methodically, and are familiar with business systems. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work in a practical environment where things can sometimes be heavy and dirty. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and self-motivated.
