About the Client Company Do you enjoy hands-on work where you get to work with machines and technology? Are you curious, solution-oriented, and like learning new things? Then this could be the job for you. We're now looking for a team member for our client just outside Borås. Here you'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work close to production and be responsible for ensuring machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest come in handy. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. • Making adjustments to machines and fixing minor operational issues. • Inspecting quality and conducting measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Working hours: 2-shift operation, full-time 100%. Work location: Just outside Borås. Start date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here's what we consider important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish fluency in speech and writing • Driver's license Merits: • Experience in a workshop, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or on the job • Can read drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for what they do, and makes sure the job is done properly.
