Here you'll get a role with a lot of freedom, responsibility and variation, where you'll operate from our office in Jönköping on Barnarpsgatan, but have all of Sweden as your work area. As a traveling service technician at Vartex, you'll become part of a growing team where you work close to our customers in the field with a varied day-to-day. You combine hands-on work with customer contact and service. In the role you will, among other things: Perform acute and scheduled maintenance on training equipment, gym machines and gym floors Perform installations of gym equipment at private and corporate customers Install completely new gym facilities together with colleagues Identify and propose complementary products or services to customers Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional treatment and good service The role involves travel throughout Sweden with approximately 60 overnight stays/year, which are covered according to travel allowances. When you're not traveling, you'll work from the office in Jönköping with working hours Monday-Friday 7:30-16:30. Work during weekends may occur at events or trade fairs. You'll have access to a service vehicle and the opportunity for flexibility in this independent traveling service technician role. Who are you? We believe that you are a technically skilled and curious person with a high sense of service. You like to contribute with your knowledge and have a professional approach. You enjoy traveling and get energy from meeting satisfied customers. We also believe that you have: Class B driver's license. BE/C/CE licenses are merits but not required Fluent Swedish in speech and writing with knowledge of English An interest in gyms and training, with experience of being in this type of environment Knowledge in electrical and electrical theory is a merit, but is not required. We believe that you are an initiative-taking, service-oriented and careful person with a positive and problem-solving attitude who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Since the work sometimes involves heavy lifting, you should have good physical ability and appreciate variation. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently, are responsible, flexible and careful. With your positive and trustworthy manner, you create security with both customers and colleagues, while you like to contribute with ideas and initiatives that strengthen and develop the business.
