About the Customer Company Are you an experienced robot welder, or have you recently completed your training and want to take the next step in your career? We are looking for skilled and meticulous people who want to work for our client just outside Borås, in an environment where precision, technology, and quality are always in focus. Job Responsibilities As a robot welder, you will operate, monitor, and manage robotic welding equipment in production. You are responsible for ensuring that welding results meet high quality standards and you continuously perform inspections, adjustments, and improvements to the process. Common job tasks: • Operation and monitoring of robotic welders • Quality inspections of welded parts • Blueprint reading and work according to technical specifications • Basic programming and adjustment of robots • Troubleshooting and optimization of welding processes Work Hours: 2-shift, full-time 100% Location: Just outside Borås Start Date: By agreement Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is technically interested, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You thrive in a production environment and work well with others while taking responsibility for your own tasks.
