Dear Case Manager for Elderly or LSS Services, Are We the Right Fit for You?

We are seeking professionals with at least 3 years of experience in government-administered case management within both Elderly and LSS services. We are seeing a significant increase in demand for these specific competencies and are looking for you to use your knowledge to make a real difference. Perhaps you would like to explore the profession of Social Work Consultant? In the role of consultant, you will come in and provide relief to units that are in great need of extra help and will make a difference for both existing staff and clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulty in recruiting, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave situations that require temporary staff. We have Social Work assignments throughout Sweden – this is a general advertisement aimed at you who are interested in taking on assignments going forward. We see that in this challenging job market, many people temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves greater chances of employment, both in the short and long term. Your Experience: Social Work degree or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in government administration Good knowledge of computer systems Good knowledge of relevant legislation Able to speak and write fluent Swedish Valid driver's license Does this sound interesting to you? Apply by sending your CV or submitting an expression of interest on our website (https://sbsverige.se). We look forward to starting a dialogue with you! About Us Socionombemanning Sverige is part of the parent company Vårdbemanning Sverige. Vårdbemanning Sverige began operations in 2014 and is today Sweden's second-largest staffing company within healthcare and social care. Since 2019, we have been designated one of the country's Gazelle Companies by Dagens Industri, and we distinguish ourselves as one of the country's fastest-growing companies. We are a thriving company with stable finances, something we believe is important to mention for your peace of mind. We are also proud to share that our consultant managers have been with the company for a long time, on average 7 years, and thus possess extensive staffing expertise. Those of us working at Socionombemanning have many years of experience staffing social work consultants throughout Sweden. We are a great team that believes in working with value-driven focus on relationships, honesty, and helping. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our business system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to set up a profile in our system, such as your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month just like normal. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process. When you are out working on your assignment through us, you have continuous dialogue with your nearest contact person at our office, who guides and supports you through the assignment from start to finish.
