Cooling Technician in Data Center, Dalarna

In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, component replacement, and emergency repairs of Vertiv's Thermal Management products as well as other contracted systems. Our customers operate in IT, data centers, and industry where Vertiv provides critical digital infrastructure. The job includes contact with both customers and partners in Sweden, the rest of the Nordic region, and Europe. Our Swedish office is located in Stockholm, but we are particularly interested in applicants who live in or near Dalarna to expand our coverage area for upcoming projects. In addition to working at our customers' sites, an important part of the role is being able to provide support both internally and externally based on expertise in cooling technology. To develop and maintain current knowledge in the field, we offer full internal support and relevant service training on Vertiv's cooling technology product portfolio. Close dialogue will take place between the scheduling team and department management. As Vertiv's representative on-site, the goal is to market Vertiv as a professional service provider. It is advantageous to have 5 years of experience working in a technical service environment with thermal equipment or similar, but the right personality is equally important. The role involves periodic extensive travel, primarily within Sweden and the Nordic region, but other travel may also occur.
