About the Business Our client carries out ground, energy, and infrastructure projects primarily for public clients in Dalarna. The focus is on quality, safety, and long-term profitability. Examples of project areas: Water and wastewater construction and new installations (AB04) Ground and foundation work for schools, preschools, and nursing homes Internal ground projects linked to larger construction contracts The business currently consists of a cohesive and unpretentious group with low staff turnover. The Role of Production Manager As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for production, economics, and work environment in your projects. You lead and develop the project team and ensure that work is conducted according to contract, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You are a present leader who enjoys being out in the projects and who builds trust through clarity, structure, and good communication. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Lead and monitor production in ongoing projects Ensure work environment, quality, and progress Financial management, forecasts, and monthly reconciliations Client responsibility and contract management according to AB04 Planning, resource allocation, and startup of new projects Develop the team and create engagement Build long-term relationships with clients Who Are We Looking For? To Qualify for the Role, You Need to Check Off the Following Construction technical education or equivalent experience. Several years of experience as Production Manager, Site Manager, or equivalent within ground/infrastructure. Experience with water and wastewater and ground projects. Good contract knowledge (AB04). Bas-U safety certification. Good IT skills and experience with digital tools. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Class B driving license. Meritorious Previous experience as a supervisor or skilled worker Specialization in water and wastewater work or foundation work Why Choose Us?
