About the position As a project manager with us, you'll have a central role where you drive projects from the first customer dialogue all the way to final delivery. You'll be a natural link between the customer, production, and assembly, and an important part of creating structure, momentum, and good results. The role is broad and varied. On some projects you're deeply involved in details, on others you take a more comprehensive approach. You're responsible for the whole picture, from budgeting and planning to follow-up, and you ensure that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your profile We believe you're someone who thrives in an environment where collaboration is essential. You have a structured approach to work, are confident in your expertise, and are motivated by driving projects forward together with others. You have a background in construction, either through education or experience, and have worked in a role where you took responsibility for projects, finances, and planning. Relevant education in construction or equivalent experience Experience in project management within construction, industry, or prefabrication Strong collaboration skills and business acumen Ability to work both strategically and operationally We value qualities such as commitment, responsibility, and a desire to contribute to the bigger picture. DalahusGruppen is a company engaged in industrial timber construction. Our timber factory is located in Linghed, approximately 35 km northeast of Falun. Timber production in Linghed began in 1938 with the manufacturing of prefabricated timber components. Today we employ 55 people, have revenues of 120 million SEK, and are one of Sweden's leading suppliers of prefabricated timber products. Over the years, the ownership structure has changed; today the company is 100% owned by ByggpartnerGruppen AB. In the factory we produce a flexible range of products, with common items being walls, floors, roof elements, roof trusses, and more. Production also includes processing and further refinement of solid timber products such as ribbed elements, block-laminated glued timber, glued timber, CLT, and LVL.
