Substitute for Personal Assistance

Do you want to work extra as a personal assistant? We are now looking for reliable and stable hourly substitutes who want to work within our various assistance assignments. As an hourly substitute with us, you will be introduced and trained by one or more of our clients. This means we will contact you when the need for a substitute arises, which often happens with short notice. You are booked for one work shift at a time. What does the job involve? As a personal assistant, you help and support a person in their daily life. Our clients are of different ages and have different needs, which means that work tasks vary between different assistance assignments. This can, for example, involve: helping with personal care and transfers providing support, structure and guidance in daily life accompanying to school, work, activities or other errands cooking and helping with household chores being available for support and security during the day or night medicine delegation occurs in several assignments Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is responsible, confident, attentive and flexible. Since you will be working for several different clients, you need to be able to adapt to different people, routines and working methods. Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to be a recurring and stable substitute with us and who has the ability to step in when regular assistants are sick, on leave or when other needs arise. Experience with personal assistance or other care work is a merit, but personal chemistry and the right attitude are equally important. You need to be able to speak and understand Swedish well since, as a personal assistant, you sometimes help the client to communicate in different situations. About the employment This is a demand-based employment (hourly substitute) where you are booked for one work shift at a time. You indicate yourself in our booking system which days and times you are available. Working hours vary and can be scheduled for day, evening, night and weekends. The length of work shifts varies depending on the client's needs, ranging from shorter daytime shifts to 24-hour shifts with standby time, or nights awake.
