About Us Maskrosbarn is a children's rights organization that supports children whose parents struggle with substance abuse, mental illness, or who subject them to violence. Over the years, we have met thousands of children and, on their behalf, Maskrosbarn also conducts educational work to help more people see and identify children who are suffering at home, as well as advocacy work to improve laws, processes, and systems that affect children's opportunities for a better life. We collaborate with municipalities, regions, authorities, and other actors throughout Sweden. Today we have approximately 40 employees at our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö (we will also open in Umeå in 2027), as well as around 250 engaged volunteers across the country. Our communications and fundraising work is a crucial part of our ability to continue reaching and supporting more children. About the Role You will join the communications and fundraising team (corporate and private), which currently consists of 9 people. As a donor development manager, you play a central role in Maskrosbarn's continued growth. You are responsible for developing our relationships with existing donors and ensuring that our donor journeys are relevant, data-driven, and engaging.
