If so, you might be the right person for this job! Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking a companion for an 18-year-old with intellectual disabilities. The assignment consists of 6 hours per month spread over 2 occasions during weekday afternoons or weekends. During the companionship, you will visit places like youth centers and go for walks. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is organized, attentive, pedagogical, and has a genuine interest in people and emotionally centered care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is a merit. As a companion, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the user. Companion services are designed to enable cultural and recreational activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life. Employment Terms Hourly wage (incl. overtime) varies between 180-210 kr on weekends, 150-180 kr on weekday evenings, and 130-160 kr on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). Upon possible employment, we will ask for references and a certificate from the Swedish Police's criminal record register.
