If so, you might be the right person for this position! Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced relief caregiver for a 10-year-old boy with autism and intellectual disability. The assignment involves 14 hours per month spread over 3-4 occasions, scheduled on weekends. During relief shifts, you'll do activities such as playing and visiting the playground. We're looking for someone with great patience, strong organizational skills, attentiveness, pedagogical ability, and a genuine passion for people and emotionally-focused care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an asset. In-home relief care means you'll visit the user's home and together plan activities in the home environment—such as playing games, crafts, baking, listening to music, or socializing and spending time together. The purpose of relief care is to provide the user's family with respite. Employment Terms The hourly rate (including shift premium) varies between 180-210 kr on weekends, 150-180 kr on weekday evenings, and 130-160 kr on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). Upon employment, we will request references and a certificate from Polisen's criminal record register.
