WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: academic or second-level professional higher education in law; legal work experience of at least two years; understanding of the structure and principles of state administration, preferably with work experience in a state administration institution and representation in legal proceedings; knowledge and experience in administrative procedures, drafting of internal regulatory acts, decisions and contracts, inter-agency agreements and other legal act projects; preferably experience and understanding of public person capital shares and state-owned enterprise management, corporate governance principles and related regulatory framework; preferably experience in the development of policy planning documents and legal act projects; good English language skills (job duties may include working with documents in English); ability to work simultaneously with a large and diverse volume of information, prioritizing and maintaining work quality; competencies - ability to work both in a team and independently, good communication skills, result-oriented approach, analytical thinking and ethics; compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law. Project Manager

Project Manager Historic Buildings Co-financing Administration Division, Buildings Management Department, Property Department Position Purpose: To participate in the administration and implementation of support programs financed by Riga City Municipality (hereinafter – Programs).
