We currently have an open position: Senior Expert in Risk Data Analysis (for an indefinite period) in the EU Funds Risk Management Division of the EU Funds System Management Department The EU Funds System Management Department's EU Funds Risk Management Division is a structural unit that ensures risk management of EU funds and other foreign financial assistance instruments in the leading institution. You will be responsible for and perform the following main duties: provide analytical support for risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and selection of risk mitigation measures; develop analytical reports and data visualizations, providing data-driven recommendations for improving risk management and supervision. To successfully begin performing the duties of this position, you must meet the following requirements: academic higher or professional higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering and technology, economics, management, or another field of social sciences; at least 2 years of work experience in data analytics, risk assessment, risk management; desired experience working in public administration for at least 2 years in the last 5 years, with understanding of its operating principles; ability to formulate data-driven conclusions and recommendations; desired knowledge of EU institutions, operating principles, and decision-making processes; good English language knowledge in writing and speaking – ability to work with documents in English and participate in meetings conducted in English; good presentation, persuasion, and argumentation skills; analytical and conceptual thinking; compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
