Jāzepa Vītola Latvian Academy of Music (hereinafter – JVLMA) Reg. No. 90000029496 announces a competition for the position of Study Process Quality Manager for an indefinite period Main Job Responsibilities: · Ensure the development and implementation of development strategies for study programs and educational fields in accordance with JVLMA's development strategy and state cultural policy. · Ensure coordination of the transition to institutional accreditation implementation at JVLMA, as well as management of processes related to accreditation and external quality assessment. · Develop self-evaluation reports on educational fields at JVLMA and study program self-evaluation reports for accreditation purposes. · Ensure preparation, presentation and submission of regular and current reports to JVLMA management. · Ensure maintenance and improvement of feedback systems, ensuring implementation of surveys of students, graduates, applicants and employers, analysis of results and their use in improving study quality. · Coordinate the development of applicant admission rules and requirements. · Prepare draft internal regulations related to ensuring academic work, as well as provide opinions on draft regulations and policy planning documents prepared by other institutions. Requirements for Candidates: · Higher education (preferably a master's degree). · Professional knowledge relevant to the position. · Work experience in a higher education institution will be considered an additional asset. · In-depth knowledge of regulations governing higher education institutions will be considered an additional asset. · Excellent knowledge of Latvian language and English language knowledge at least at B2 level, for work with regulations and international cooperation. · Good computer skills (Microsoft Office). · Ability to process and analyze large volumes of information and data. · Sense of responsibility and ability to independently perform assigned work duties. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
