Requirements for Candidates: 1) education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Pedagogues' Professional Competence" point 13; 2) the candidate is not subject to restrictions established in the Education Law and the Child Rights Protection Law to work as a pedagogue; 3) at least 3 years of pedagogical work experience in the education field. Experience in preschool education institution management will be considered an advantage; 4) knowledge in education content and education quality issues - understanding of competence-based approach in curriculum, competence-based curriculum planning and implementation in preschool; 5) knowledge of regulatory acts governing the operation of educational institutions, state and municipal education development priorities; 6) ability to motivate employees and teamwork skills; 7) good skills in working with information and communication technologies; 8) sense of responsibility, discipline, ability to make independent decisions and carry them out; 9) psychological resilience, cooperation and public speaking skills; 10) knowledge of the state language at the highest level and knowledge of at least one official European Union language in the scope necessary for professional activities.
