Your Role As a Maintenance Technician in Facilities Maintenance, you will play a central role in developing and ensuring systematic and preventive maintenance of LKAB's industrial facilities in Kiruna. You will work with buildings and structures by identifying maintenance needs, planning and prioritizing measures, and following up on their implementation. The role involves technical responsibility and contact with contractors and specialists. You contribute to reducing emergency maintenance, extending the lifespan of facilities, and strengthening facility safety. Your main responsibilities: Plan, develop, and follow up on maintenance plans. Conduct status assessments, inspections, and risk analyses together with specialists. Identify and prioritize maintenance needs in areas such as concrete, steel, roofs, and facades. Order and follow up on maintenance measures and provide technical support to contractors and consultants. Ensure compliance with requirements, standards, and regulations.
