The Restaurant At the heart of Camp Ripan, you'll find our fantastic restaurant where we offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as the opportunity for larger events. Inspiration is drawn from the city's three cultures - the Swedish, the Sami, and the Tornedalian - and this permeates the entire operation. Now we're looking for someone who, in addition to a fun and challenging job, is ready for the magnificent mountain world, the midnight sun, and fantastic recreational activities. Chef As a member of our kitchen team at Camp Ripan, you play a significant role in providing guests with a memorable dining experience beyond the ordinary. Our tri-cultural region is represented here through carefully selected ingredients in exciting flavor combinations. Camp Ripan's kitchen is one of Sweden's most environmentally friendly kitchens, where we work with the latest technology to minimize our impact on the environment. We are now seeking someone who enjoys working in a driven team where everyone participates and influences the creative process, from idea to finished product. You have a keen interest in the profession, at least 6 years of experience (3 years of education, 3 years of work experience in an à la carte restaurant), and good knowledge of Swedish and/or English. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the local food culture and its ingredients as it forms the basis of our food philosophy. Staff accommodation is available. Fixed-term employment with the possibility of permanent employment. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position will be filled once we find the right candidate.
