LKAB Berg & Betong ​ LKAB Berg & Betong is a leading group offering full-service solutions for the mining and construction industry. We perform rock reinforcement and tunnel driving in our mines, and process aggregate into gravel and macadam. Your Role As Production Manager, you are responsible for daily operations, work environment, facilities, and employees in production. You work closely with the operation and lead work so that production meets requirements for quality, safety, delivery capability, and cost-effectiveness. You work with personnel and production-related matters, monitor budget and financial results, and ensure that procedures, standards, and legal requirements are followed. You maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and internal functions such as maintenance, quality, logistics, and sales. Your role also includes continuously prioritizing based on operational needs and ensuring resources are used effectively. You will be an important part of developing work methods, simplifying processes, and integrating systematic safety and quality work into daily routines.
