JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a special education teacher, you work in close collaboration with the principal and other staff at the school. The work involves developing and shaping the pedagogical work together with the principal at both group and individual levels as well as at the organizational level based on a promoting, preventive, and intervention perspective. You shall support the educators in how they can organize their teaching so that education becomes accessible, inclusive, and creates participation for all children. In addition to ordinary special education teacher duties, the position also includes providing support instruction to students in need of support. We are a small operation, so there is room for both. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a special education teacher degree or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. As a person, you should have good communication skills, be relationship-building, and see development opportunities in both children and adults. You should have the ability to analyze possibilities at the organizational, group, and individual levels. We see that you have experience with and the ability to collaborate with others and that you can flexibly meet different needs in the operation.
