Community Transformation's mission is to proactively secure land access to safeguard LKAB's mining operations and growth plans. This means approximately two-thirds of Kiruna's population, equivalent to 12,000 people, will be gradually relocated. In total, approximately 5,400 residential units and 800,000 square meters of residential and commercial spaces will be replaced as part of the community transformation. Your Role As a Project Manager with us, you'll be involved in projects that enable continued mining operations. In your role as Project Manager, you're responsible for implementing projects according to agreed scope, budget, and schedule. Our projects range from parking facilities, new residential construction, new commercial spaces, building relocations, area remediation, and more. The Project Manager leads projects in both the pre-project phase and implementation phase, in collaboration with the project team. The Project Manager's main responsibilities include: planning project implementation staffing the project managing, leading, delegating, and following up on project work providing the project organization with tasks and materials implementing decisions made by the steering group making decisions on proposed changes within the project plan What You Bring To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you're a responsible person with strong drive and a clear desire to achieve results. We expect you to have: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent relevant education, or other experience that can be equated with the competency requirements for the position Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written A class B driver's license is required for all positions at LKAB Meritorious: Experience from construction and infrastructure projects Good knowledge of contract law and community development We warmly welcome your application!
