Laitis is seeking a driven, customer-focused, and responsible team member who wants to be part of our team. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy retail sales, customer interaction, and practical warehouse work in a dynamic environment with high-paced, varied tasks.
As a retail sales associate with us, you'll be an important part of customer interactions in the store. You help customers find the right products, provide advice and service, receive incoming orders, and ensure customers have a great experience from first contact through closing the sale. The role also includes cashier work and other common store tasks.
A significant part of the job involves warehouse work. This means you work with receiving shipments, unpacking, order picking, restocking merchandise, and maintaining order in both the warehouse and store floor. You contribute to ensuring the right products are in the right place and the store runs smoothly every day.
We're looking for someone who is social, thorough, and customer-focused. You enjoy customer contact but are equally comfortable with practical work where structure, pace, and responsibility matter. Experience in retail, sales, warehouse, or customer service is a plus, but most importantly, you have the right attitude, are curious, and want to learn.
Responsibilities
