The Societal Transformation's mission is to ensure land availability with good foresight to secure LKAB's mining operations and growth plans. This means that approximately 2/3 of the community is affected, corresponding to 12,000 people, and will gradually be relocated. In total, approximately 5,400 homes and about 800,000 square meters of residential and commercial space will be replaced as part of the societal transformation. Your Role As a project coordinator within the Societal Transformation, you have an important role in supporting project work together with responsible project managers and colleagues. You carry out the work in a structured and responsible manner with support from your colleagues and stakeholders. Since this position involves handling sensitive information, confidentiality is important. You are responsible for maintaining structure and order in the project and are expected to independently plan and carry out your tasks. Since each project has different needs, your specific work tasks will be determined in consultation with the project manager for each individual project. Your main responsibilities are to: Ensure that established routines, templates and checklists are used in the project Manage and coordinate document handling and technical documentation in the project Prepare purchases Monitor project finances Assist with distribution of drawings and other essential information Participate in preparing and monitoring request documents, procurements, and contracts Assist the project in coordinating resources When needed, contact stakeholders, authorities, suppliers and other professionals Independently handle defined issues/tasks that arise during the project What You Bring For this role, we are looking for someone who is collaborative and has a natural sense of order and planning. You are ambitious and motivated by developing both individually and together with the team. Your sense of responsibility permeates your work, and you see solutions where others see obstacles. We expect you to have: Upper secondary education Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish and English Good knowledge of the Office package Experience from project work, preferably within LKAB Meritorious: Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial management Knowledge of the business system IFS We warmly welcome your application!
