Rescue Service (BRT) is a municipal association in Eastern Värmland between Degerfors, Filipstad, Hällefors, Karlskoga, Kristinehamn and Storfors municipalities with approximately 200 employees and 8 fire stations. The Emergency Dispatch Center's operations in its current form began in 1997. Today we receive various types of technical alarms such as fire, burglary, operational, elevator alarms and security alarms from all six member municipalities within the association. We forward calls to municipal on-call services and we also staff the association's telephone exchange. We are now seeking dedicated part-time substitutes who want to work on an as-needed basis in our emergency dispatch center.
