AxÖ Consulting AB has the assignment to find the right person for this direct recruitment to BAE Systems Bofors.

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a role where you:
Build a strategically important function from the ground up Shape how we work with training and service – both domestically and globally Lead in an environment where not everything is finalized (and that is exactly what the opportunity is) Have real influence, in a business with a greater purpose
Your assignment
You lead a team of Training Managers, technical instructors and service engineers – and develop our ability to support customers throughout the lifecycle.
You set structures, build offerings and create direction – while staying close to operations.
You will, among other things:
Build and develop our aftermarket offering in service and training
Ensure high-quality training linked to our product portfolio
Develop support and service arrangements – both locally and internationally
Support delivery projects and drive aftermarket projects yourself
Recruit, develop and lead your team
Create structure in a growing and changing environment

The position involves work that may be covered by defense secrecy, which is why we require a security clearance approved by the authorities according to Chapter 1, Section 3 of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
